Problemas para carregar o jogo

Estou com o mesmo problema desde a atualização do X Games. Já tentei de tudo, mas nada dá certo.

    Hi! EA_Universa​ , I play on PC. The game does not freeze when I open it. It launches normally and I can access the main menu, but when I try to enter the game, it gets stuck on the loading screen.
