Error Code

Hello, 

So I bought one of the lightspeed  bundles from the webstore my card got charged and everything but when I opened the game I received and error and 1,4k crystals instead of the characters. The bundle I bought was the dark side revan one. I can provide you with a screenshot of my order with the conformation that I purchased it. Please help
