Star Wars Battlefront II - Release Notes – Elite Corps Update
NEW CONTENT:
FEATURES
- First group of Clone Trooper appearances is being released (41st Elite Corps and 327th Star Corps)
- Characters on the Home and Career screens are updated to show the newly available Clone Trooper appearances (41st Elite Corps and 327th Star Corps respectively)
- Implemented Clone Wars tile in the Home screen to increase the possibility for matchmaking on Galactic Assault for Clone Wars – era maps.
- Emotes and Victory Poses for Troopers and Heroes are now available to purchase for Crystals or Credits
- Players can now preview Emotes on unlocked appearances
- Milestones that reward already-unlocked Emotes / Poses will be providing credits instead
- Palace Hangar on Naboo is now available as an additional map on Blast and Custom Arcade
- Mos Eisley has been added to the map rotation of Hero Showdown
- Ewok Hunt mode made permanent under the Operations menu
QUALITY OF LIFE
- The End of Round screen now features more details on the player's scoreboard placement (Overall Scoreboard placement, Objective Score placement, Combat Score placement across teams, as well as acknowledging players who are part of the winning team)
CLASSES & SPECIAL UNITS CHANGES:
Wookiee Warrior
- Fixed an issue where the player was able to use the combat roll while the Overload ability was active
HERO CHANGES:
Boba Fett
- Improved the weapon sway for Boba Fett's EE-3
Chewbacca
- Fixed an issue where Chewbacca's Ground Slam ability could defeat an enemy inside the AT-ST or AAT
Darth Maul
- Fixed several issues with the Saber Throw ability:
- If used in Arcade with no cooldown, the ability doesn't work until the regular cooldown is over
- Implemented new collision detection mechanics, so that Saber Throw will more reliably hit targets.
- Fixed an issue where Maul’s saber would deactivate when colliding with level geometry, causing it to not hit targets at the end of the throw or on the return.
Darth Vader
- Fixed an issue where players could occasionally remain stuck in the choke animation
Emperor Palpatine
- Fixed an issue where Emperor Palpatine's basic attacks were not increasing the Hold Block stamina costs of lightsaber heroes
- Fixed an issue where the area of effect from Emperor Palpatine's Electrocute ability would sometimes persist on the ground
Kylo Ren
- Fixed a visual issue that would occasionally occur on characters frozen by Kylo Ren's ability
Rey
- Fixed an issue where players could occasionally re-trigger Rey's Insight ability without waiting for a cooldown
VEHICLE CHANGES:
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS
- Fixed an issue where Ion Torpedoes were too strong against vehicles
LAAT
- Fixed an issue where the LAAT's laser could pass through the MTT and damage the opponent
Lando's Millennium Falcon
- Fixed an issue with the tracking of the "L3-37 Flying" milestone
LIUV
- Fixed an issue where players in the LIUV did not receive trooper damage
Poe Dameron´s Black One
- Fixed an issue with the hint text that would occasionally show when activating the Black Leader ability
GAME MODE CHANGES:
ARCADE
- Fixed an issue where the countdown timer would be stuck on 0 when attempting to deploy on the Starfighter Arcade - Team Battle mode
- Fixed an issue where the Spawn Wave would not be present when attempting to deploy on the Starfighter Arcade - Team Battle mode
- Fixed an issue on Kessel which allowed players to avoid the AI by hiding into one of the elevators
EXTRACTION
- Fixed an issue where players would automatically spawn on the map, if they wait for the countdown timer to end on the defeat screen.
- Fixed an issue where the Officer's Flash grenade would not blind the enemy team on Jabba's Palace in Extraction
- Improved balancing on the last phase of Extraction in Jabba's Palace, by adjusting spawn positions and slightly increasing overtime for players on the Rebel side
- Fixed a visual issue that would reveal the spawning of troopers right before the outro cinematic in Jabba's Palace
HERO SHOWDOWN
- Fixed a visual issue with the framing of the characters during the intros in Hero Showdown
HERO STARFIGHTERS
- Fixed an issue where the Hero HUD icons would disappear too soon when the round ends
- Fixed a visual issue with the deploy screen briefly appearing at the start of the round
- Fixed an issue with the End of Round message occasionally not showing up for players who are outside the bounds of the map
- Fixed a visual issue on PC, where the Starfighter health bars would not be visible if the game was minimized when the round starts
- Fixed an issue where a certain pre-round text would appear cut off in Japanese
STARFIGHTER ASSAULT
- Fixed an issue where the vehicle would occasionally freeze and stutter for a short while after spawning on the map
STRIKE
- Fixed an issue where the delivery area on Death Star II was missing the proper UI indicator
- Fixed an issue where users could potentially deliver the package while standing slightly outside the indicated delivery area on several maps
- Fixed an issue where attacking players would get the "Fall Back" message if they were in an Out of Bounds area when the package is being retrieved
MAP CHANGES:
GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS
- Fixed issues where players could occasionally get stuck in the geometry of several assets, visible on Jakku, Tatooine, Naboo, Kashyyyk, Kessel and Crait
- Fixed various collision issues with certain assets on Endor, Hoth, Starkiller Base, Death Star II, Kamino, Bespin and Jakku
BESPIN
- Fixed an issue where players could potentially jump up on one of the buildings on Bespin when playing as a Force-using hero or Boba Fett
DEATHSTAR II
- Fixed an issue where players could reach an area behind the armor racks when playing as Yoda
HOTH
- Fixed an issue where players could glitch outside the map when playing as a Force-using hero
- Fixed an issue where players could potentially enter the Hoth interior with the AT-ST
- Fixed an issue where players could potentially survive the fall to death by staying close to the crevasse wall
- Fixed an issue where players could potentially jump towards ceiling holes in the tunnels of Hoth and stand on invisible collision
JABBA'S PALACE
- Fixed an issue where players playing as Boba Fett, could reach and stand on one of the ledges not easily accessible to other players
- Fixed a collision issue that allowed the AI to walk through walls
JAKKU
- Fixed an issue where the Sneeps would be found floating near the Star Destroyer's entrance
KAMINO
- Fixed a collision issue that enabled Boba Fett to enter the dome building from a position where nobody could reach or shoot him
KASHYYYK
- Fixed an issue where players could exploit Boba Fett's jetpack on Kashyyyk to reach places other players cannot reach
KESSEL
- Fixed an issue where the player was able to fall through the map in an Out of Bounds area
- Fixed an issue where certain heroes would occasionally be pushed through the sloped terrain and outside the map geometry in the outdoors area
STARKILLER BASE
- Fixed an issue where a stack of boxes in the map could cause a glitch with the player's character model that could be used as an exploit
YAVIN
- Fixed several collision issues that would occasionally allow players to hide inside the temple mesh or walk through walls
GENERAL CHANGES:
- Improved functionality of loading screens. Map descriptions and texts are now visible in-between matches.
- Fixed an issue with the terminology used in the Galactic Republic faction descriptions
- Fixed an issue with the tutorial text regarding the use of Leia Organa's secondary fire in Arcade
- Fixed several issues with relevant Milestone progress not showing at the End of Round screens
- Fixed an issue where players could occasionally not be able to craft Star Cards in the pre-round, after having ranked up a class in the previous round
- Fixed an issue that would not let the winning team know of the 100 Credits bonus during the End of Round screen
- Fixed a visual issue with the effects used in the frontend menu when booting the game
- Fixed an issue where the Inspect button would be present in the Abilities screen with background functionality

- Fixed an issue where players were able to dash more than two times in a row with all heroes and reinforcements

NEW CONTENT:
FEATURES
- Added ability to get into squads and spawn on squad members on Galactic Assault and Strike
- Improved screen flow for quicker spawning in all modes where Squad Spawn is not present
QUALITY OF LIFE
- More dynamic change of characters shown on the Home and Career screens, due to implementation of backend ability to change those in a live environment
- Implemented various stability fixes for the End of Round (EOR) Matchmaking
- Improved the way the game client looks for an online game, by adding an automated Default option for the best Ping site, as well as simplifying the choice of sites in the menu.

Fixed an issue where the Resourceful Star Card wouldn't correctly lower the ability cooldown when used.

- Fixed an issue that would leave players stuck between tree and mountain assets

TAKODANA
- Fixed an issue where the chicken near the East Turbolaser would not be fleeing from the player
GENERAL CHANGES:
- Added Ewok Hunt and Extraction-based challenges to the list of Daily Challenges
- Removed Hero Showdown-based challenges "Perfect Together" and "Vader and Kylo", based on player feedback that they are too hard to achieve in an online environment
- Fixed an issue where Iden's character and description text would be missing from the Campaign's spawn and customization screen
- Fixed an issue where players would not be able to change their Clone Trooper appearances during the pre-round screens on games taking place on Kashyyyk and Kamino
- Added additional UI effects when unlocking an Emote, Victory Pose or Appearance from the menu
- Increased the maximum numbers of players in a group to 20, and the maximum number of players who can play together to 8
- Fixed an issue where the button to get more Crystals would not show up in the Emotes and Victory Poses screens
- Adjusted the "Saviour Kill" stat, so that it tracks relevant kills from the whole team and not just the squad members
- This update will automatically disable CrossFire functionality for players with AMD Graphics Cards running on Windows 8 / 8.1, due to lack of support for multi-GPU with the specified operating system and GPU vendor.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- Squad members that are inside certain land vehicles (Armor, Artillery, Speeder, Tauntaun, Mountable Turrets) are not correctly shown as being inside vehicles on the Squad Spawn screen. The fix has been identified and will be implemented in the next update.
- Selecting to spawn on squad members who are inside land vehicles will temporarily disable access to the “Choose Character” screen. The issue gets resolved once players choose to spawn in the Default location. The fix has been identified and will be implemented in the next update.
- The spawn screen UI will, in rare cases, remain on during gameplay on Strike, or Galactic Assault. The issue gets resolved once players choose to respawn. The fix has been identified and will be implemented in the next update.
- The cooldown timer of the Shock Grenade ability would not be affected by the Resourceful Star Card. The fix has been identified and will be implemented in the next update.

Das mit dem Squadspawn verstehe ich nicht. Wo soll denn der Squadscreen sein? Ich sehe nur, dass ich bei Freunden, die online sind, spawnen könnte. Wenn ich alleine spiele (ohne online-Freunde), kann ich also nicht bei jemanden spawnen?

NEW FEATURES
- General Grievous will be playable from October 30th. Grievous comes with three abilities: Unrelenting Advance, Thrust Surge and Claw Rush. One alternative Battle-Damaged appearance is available to unlock.
- The N-1 Starfighter has been added as a playable grunt ship on Hero Starfighters
QUALITY OF LIFE
- Certain Hero Star Cards have been reworked to allow for better Health regeneration for different Heroes
- Added a HUD widget that displays the status of the player's Squad members next to the mini-map

CAPTAIN PHASMA
- Old Star Card Name: Only Pawns
- Old Star Card Effect: For every enemy Captain Phasma defeats with STAFF STRIKES its recharge rate will be increased for five seconds.
- New Star Card Name: Beat Down
- New Star Card Description: Whenever Captain Phasma defeats an enemy trooper with her STAFF STRIKES, she regains twenty health. Whenever she defeats an enemy hero, she regains even more.
CHEWBACCA
- Old Star Card Name: Wookiee Beserker
- Old Star Card Effect: Chewbacca's melee attacks are stronger and deal more damage.
- New Star Card Name: Ground Breaking
- New Star Card Description: Whenever an enemy trooper is defeated by CHARGE SLAM, Chewbacca regenerates twenty health. If it was an enemy hero, he regains even more.
DARTH MAUL
- Old Star Card Name: Frantic Strikes
- Old Star Card Effect: Melee strikes will drain less stamina.
- New Star Card Name: Wrathful
- New Star Card Description: Whenever Darth Maul defeats an enemy trooper, he regains twenty health. Whenever he defeats an enemy hero, he regains even more.
FINN
- Old Star Card Name: All Together
- Old Star Card Effect: The radius of UNDERCOVER TEAM is increased if two friendlies are affected.
- New Star Card Name: Covert Leader
- New Star Card Description: Whenever Finn defeats an enemy trooper while UNDERCOVER TEAM is active, he regains twenty health. Whenever he defeats an enemy hero, he regains even more.
HAN SOLO
- Old Star Card Name: Head Games
- Old Star Card Effect: Scoring three headshot hits in a row without hitting any other body part will reset a part of all Han Solo's abilities recharge time.
- New Star Card Name: A Good Blaster
- New Star Card Description: Whenever Han Solo defeats an enemy trooper, he regains twenty health. Whenever he defeats an enemy hero, he regains even more.
KYLO REN
- Old Star Card Name: Bloodletting Frenzy
- Old Star Card Effect: While Kylo Ren's health is below 25% he will deal bonus damage with his lightsaber.
- New Star Card Name: Frenzied
- New Star Card Description: Whenever Kylo Ren defeats an enemy trooper, he regains twenty health. Whenever he defeats an enemy hero, he regains even more.
LANDO CALRISSIAN
- Old Star Card Name: In the Zone
- Old Star Card Effect: Disabled overheat lasts longer when perfectly cooling the X-8 Night Sniper blaster.

YODA
- Old Star Card Name: Master of The Force
- Old Star Card Effect: When the UNLEASH radius is at maximum distance, unleashing it will deal bonus damage.
- New Star Card Name: Release The Force
- New Star Card Description: Whenever Yoda defeats an enemy trooper using UNLEASH, he regains twenty health. Whenever he defeats an enemy hero, he regains even more.
CHANGES TO CLASSES AND SPECIAL UNITS:
ENFORCER (WOOKIEE WARRIOR)
Made the below changes to the Wookiee Warrior Enforcer for better balancing:
- Lowered the speed multiplier when zooming to match the one from the Death Trooper.
- Reduced start and end damage per Bowcaster bolt.
- Reduced base health from 350 to 320 points.
HERO CHANGES:
BOSSK
- Bossk's jump ability has been slightly adjusted for firmness.
KYLO REN
- Added scoring to Kylo Ren's Pull ability and fixed an issue where using the ability on Hero characters would not track progress for the milestone "MAKE THEM COME TO YOU".
GAME MODE CHANGES:
BLAST
- Reduced the size of players required to start a match of Blast from 10 to 8.
EWOK HUNT
- Fixed an issue with the Timed Challenge "HUTAR! HUTAR!" not tracking progression.
EXTRACTION
- Fixed an issue where the positions of best players in the End-of-round screen would show up in an irregular order. The player with the highest score will now be in the middle, and the player with the 2nd highest score will be on the left.
GALACTIC ASSAULT
- In order to improve the flow on Galactic Assault - Naboo, the Attackers on Phase 2 need to override only one door to proceed.
HEROES VS VILLAINS
- Fixed issues that allowed multiple players to spawn with the same Hero in Heroes Vs. Villains. Among other fixes, the "Change Character" button is now immediately unavailable after a death to prevent this.
ARCADE CHANGES:
STARFIGHTER CUSTOM ARCADE
- Fixed an issue where the AI Starfighters would fly towards and remain stuck in out-of-bounds areas.
SQUAD SPAWN CHANGES:
- Adjusted the rules of spawning on squad members, so that Troopers and Specials can spawn on every character, except Boba. Heroes can spawn only on the Default spawn points.
- A score event of 100 pts. has been added when a squad member spawns on the player.
- Fixed an issue where Assault-class icons would appear in empty squad member slots when viewing the spectator screen.
- The occasional issue of the status of a squad mate being incorrectly displayed as available while selecting a class has been now resolved.
- Fixed an issue in which players in a party of at least 4 members, would occasionally have no squad members to spawn on after a round transition.
- The spawn countdown timer now reads as "Spawn available in" and is visible only through the Squad Spawn screen.
Squad System Improvements:
The arrival last month of the Squad System has been well received amongst the community, and it’s reshaping the flow of battles across Galactic Assault.
In the Hotfix earlier this month, we made the change to restrict squad spawning to be Trooper-on-Trooper only. We’ve got additional changes coming next week, a lot of which was based on community feedback we’ve received.
The following rules will now be applied to the squad spawning system:- Troopers can spawn on Troopers
- Troopers can spawn on Reinforcements
- Troopers can spawn on Heroes (Exception being Boba Fett)
- Reinforcements can spawn on Troopers
- Reinforcements can spawn on Reinforcements
- Reinforcements can spawn on Heroes (Exception being Boba Fett)
- Heroes cannot spawn on anyone
MATCHMAKING CHANGES:
- Improved the accuracy of being connected into a Clone Wars-era map, when selecting the Clone Wars - matchmaking tile.
MAP CHANGES:
KAMINO
- Fixed some collision issues on Kamino that would allow players to hide with Boba Fett in a location from where nobody could reach or shoot him.
STARKILLER BASE
- Fixed an issue with invisible collision on Starkiller Base.
VEHICLE CHANGES:
- Fixed an issue where an upgraded "Repair System" Star Card would not accurately accelerate health regeneration on Han Solo's and Lando's Millennium Falcons.
LANDO'S MILLENNIUM FALCON
- Fixed an issue where the "Elite Pilot" Star Card, would not increase the turn speed for Lando's Millenium Falcon.
- Fixed an issue where Lando's Millennium Falcon would occasionally not receive damage when attacked from behind.
GENERAL CHANGES/MISC:
- The layout of the Hero selection grid on Heroes Vs. Villains, Hero Showdown and Hero Starfighters has been revised to make room for the addition of new characters.
- Fixed an issue where the Hero Details screen would not display the fourth Ability for Iden's TIE Fighter and Poe's T-70 X-Wing.
- Fixed some rare rendering issues (exploding character meshes) noticed when playing on PC.
- Fixed an issue where the appearance screen UI would occasionally show up in-game, if the player pressed a combination of buttons right after deploying in the game.
- Fixed a spelling error on the description of Palpatine's "Lighting Reach" Star Card.
- "FIRST ORDER AT-ST" is now capitalized in the Collection tab to be consistent with all vehicle names.
- Fixed an issue where the description for the in-game store crystal packs would not be translated in all supported languages.
- Fixed an issue where the in-game milestone pop-up would occasionally not get triggered when the user completes a Timed Challenge.
- Updated the description of the Timed Challenge "With A Strong Hand" to fit with the challenge's progress requirements.
- Fixed an issue where the game's sound would occasionally cut abruptly during gameplay and remain inactive until the game was restarted.
TEAM SIZE
- Implemented a limit in the difference of team sizes before a mode can start. This way, a mode cannot start with an unbalanced size in teams.
The maximum difference in team sizes are:
- Galactic Assault: 4
- Starfighter Assault: 2
- Strike: 2
- Blast: 2
- Extraction: 2
- Hero Modes already require even team sizes.
KNOWN ISSUES:
- An issue has occurred where the selected heroes are not always highlighted on the deploy screen when playing Heroes Vs. Villains or Hero Showdown. The issue is being investigated and expected to be fixed at a later update.

FEATURES- New Galactic Assault mission taking place on the planet of Geonosis
- New playable land vehicles are available on Geonosis: STAP, BARC Speeder, AT-TE
- Obi-Wan Kenobi is now playable. Obi-Wan comes with three abilities: All-Out Push, Defensive Rush and Restricted Mind Trick. One alternative appearance is available to unlock
- More Clone Trooper appearances are now available (212th Attack Battalion)
- A new "Shattered Armor" appearance for General Grievous is available to unlock
QUALITY OF LIFE
- The Stamina indicator for heroes is now easier to read, as it is being depleted, instead of being filled up
ARCADE CHANGES:
- Improved gameplay flow on Arcade, by removing Spawn timer on Arcade
STARFIGHTER CUSTOM ARCADE
- Fixed an issue where players playing as Separatist Starfighters, would spawn inside Out Of Bounds areas of the map on Ryloth and Kamino
CHANGES TO CLASSES AND SPECIAL UNITS:
OFFICER- Flash Grenade: Removed movement impairing effects that would occur when affected by the flash
- Inspiring Presence: Lowered score gained (15->10 points per tick)
- Blurrg-1120: Reduced Start Damage *(*32->25) and End Damage (14->12)
- SE-44C: Reduced Start Damage (33->31) and End Damage (17->15)
- S-5: Reduced distance before damage fall off starts (20->15)
SPECIALIST
- Fixed an issue where the crosshair for the Specialist's weapon would change, whenever the player is equipping the weapon with a magnification attachment
HERO CHANGES:
CHEWBACCA
Made adjustments to Chewbacca's Stun Grenade, as well as the fire rate and bullet heat per shot of the Furious Bowcaster, to prevent possible instant kills when Chewbacca has full health.- Reduced fire rate of Furious Bowcaster from 110 to 90
- Reduced stun time of the Stun Grenade from 1 second to 0.75 seconds
- Increased overheat per bullet from 0.057 to 0.075
- Reduced number of shots possible with Furious Bowcaster from 14 to 10
- Reduced the cooldown for the Furious Bowcaster ability from 25 to 20 to improve Chewbacca's reliability in Galactic Assault
Reduced Chewbacca's explosive damage and increased the blaster damage to balance Chewbacca's attacks against Lightsaber-wielding enemies.
- Reduced explosive damage of main bullet from 40 to 25
- Increased blaster damage from main bullet from 30 to 40
- Increased end damage of main bullet from 30 to 35
- Reduced explosive damage of Scatter bullet from Furious Bowcaster from 15 to 10
- Increased blaster damage of Scatter bullet from Furious Bowcaster from 20 to 25
GENERAL GRIEVOUS
- Improved the reliability of Unrelenting Advance blocking incoming blaster shots from the front side. Unrelenting Advance will not be blocking explosive shots or special Hero abilities
- Improved Grievous’ rotation speed when using Unrelenting Advance
- Increased Unrelenting Advance damage from 75 to 110 points
- Reduced how often Grievous' Unrelenting Advance deals damage from 1.5 seconds to 0.75 seconds
- Fixed issues that would occasionally allow Grievous to re-trigger the Unrelenting Advance ability
- Fixed an issue where Grievous’ hands during Unrelenting Advance would not be visibly spinning for other players
- Improved the chances of Thrust Surge connecting with the enemy. Enemies who manage to get out of the way in a timely manner, can still avoid Grievous’ Thrust Surge
- Fixed an issue where Grievous would get locked into a spinning and running animation after performing Thrust Surge on a dead enemy
- Improved the UI for Grievous’ Thrust Surge indicator. The UI indicator comes up faster and more reliably when the ability is ready to be performed on an enemy
- Fixed an issue where Grievous' lightsabers would change halfway through the "Thrust Surge" animation

MATCHMAKING CHANGES:
- Various stability fixes for End-Of-Round Matchmaking in regards to players playing with friends in parties
SQUAD SPAWN CHANGES:
- Delayed the timer for squad formation until the game mode starts, to prevent issues with group squads not forming while the End-Of-Round matchmaking is on
- Enabled ability to squad spawn on the Clone Jump Trooper
- Removed the "In Combat" effect for when players would shoot their gun without a target
VEHICLE CHANGES:
- Reduced speeders collision damage to prevent road kills at low speed
74-Z SPEEDER BIKE
- Applied gamepad aiming improvements to the 74-Z Speeder Bike
AAT
- Increased High Explosive Shells blast damage from 100 to 150 points
- Added a reticle for the High Explosive Shells ability
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Siege Mode ability on the AAT from increasing damage correctly
GENERAL CHANGES/MISC:
- Fixed an issue where the progression towards Timed Challenges would not show up during the End-Of-Round screen
- Fixed an issue where a box counting down to new Timed Challenges would not show up on the Home screen
- Fixed an issue that would cause a notification for the completed timed challenges to appear every time the title is booted
- Fixed an issue where the pop-up for completing an inactive timed challenge would show up with an empty description

KNOWN ISSUES:
- An issue has occurred where some of the explosion VFX will occasionally not be visible when they should. The issue currently affects Han Solo’s Detonite Charge grenade and parts of the AT-TE body. The issue is being investigated and expected to be fixed at a later update
- The Blaster Turret and the Ion Turret will occasionally not successfully lock-on an enemy AT-TE. The issue is being investigated and expected to be fixed at a later update

QUALITY OF LIFE
- Implemented a new UI bar for improved readability of Hero stamina
- The player's health bar has been updated with an indicator that lets players know how many dodges are available
- Implemented Squad Spawn on Blast and reduced the spawn timer for that mode to 5 seconds

HERO SHOWDOWN- Fixed an issue that would prevent a game round to start properly, if a player would not pick a Hero within the allocated time

- Fixed an issue where General Grievous would not deal additional damage when attacking from behind

HAN SOLO
- Fixed an issue where Han Solo's Detonite Charge would not visually explode when triggered
OBI-WAN KENOBI
- Fixed an issue where a fully charged "All-Out Push" ability would not deal damage to enemies that are in the 2nd half of the ability zone
- Fixed an issue where the UI lines of the "All-Out Push" ability would not be completely visible if the player doesn't charge up the ability
- Fixed an issue where players could not cancel the "Defensive Rush" ability by dodging
- Fixed an issue where players couldn't see the Lightsaber ignite animation while being frozen by Kylo Ren
- Prevented Lightsaber damage for Obi-Wan if he is attacked by Lightsabers during the "Defensive Rush" ability
- Fixed an issue where Emperor Palpatine's main attack would show on Obi-Wan Kenobi's body, instead of his Lightsaber, when deflecting
- Fixed an issue where Obi-Wan's "Your Move" and "Absolutes" emotes would play swapped in-game
- Moved Obi-Wan's "All-Out Push" ability to the left ability slot and "Defensive Rush" to the right one, in order to address player feedback and improve consistency
MAP CHANGES:
BESPIN
- Fixed an issue where players could reach a spot outside the map geometry by using Boba Fett or any Lightsaber-carrying Hero
CRAIT
- Fixed an issue where the Hangar objectives on Crait would be named "HARDCELLS"
GEONOSIS
- Various level art, audio, draw distance and collision fixes, focusing on the vehicle debris and rocks on Geonosis
- Made some slopes in Phase 3 of Geonosis easier to traverse with the AT-TE
- Fixed an issue where the LAAT carrying an AT-TE would occasionally appear in very low resolution
- Fixed an issue where Boba Fett would be able to float on invisible ceilings in certain areas during Phase 2
- Fixed an issue where a blank scene would show up in the beginning of the final cutscene on Geonosis
SQUAD SPAWN CHANGES:
- Fixed an issue where players would occasionally be able to select empty Squad Spawn slots
- Fixed an issue where the Start button would be grayed out when the player attempts to spawn on a squad member inside a land vehicle
- Fixed an issue where players would not be able to choose seemingly available Heroes - Reinforcements while the spawn delay timer is active
VEHICLE CHANGES:
AT-TE- Fixed an issue where the AT-TE's front cannon muzzle flash would show in the wrong color
- Added more audiovisual effects when the AT-TE is being dropped on Geonosis
STAP
- Fixed an issue where the STAP's "Laser Barrage" ability would fire an extra laser stream to the ground
GENERAL CHANGES/MISC:
- Fixed a visual issue where the AT-ST would look too small in the End-Of-Round MVP screen
- Fixed a visual issue where the rimlight effect would turn on and off when rotating characters in Inspector mode
- Fixed a visual issue where unlocking Hero Starfighters Star Cards would stretch the artwork for the respective Card
- Fixed an issue where Smart Ion Grenade explosion VFX would occasionally be missing when exploding near certain vehicles
KNOWN ISSUES:
- In order to ensure scoring fairness, we have currently disabled the scoring event when a player squad spawns on you. We are investigating the causes of the exploit and will proceed to a fix at a later update
