Bug en starwars jedi: survivor

Hola buenas. Querìa comentar de un bug en mi juego. Es una parte en la que hay que saltar a una pared y el personaje debe agarrarse para luego escalar. He intentado ya muchas veces e incluso he reiniciado el juego, pero nada ocurre. Sigo sin poder llegar a la parte alta de la pared (donde se supone que tengo que llegar). Necesito ayuda para solucionar este problema, me ha gustado mucho el juego y quiero seguir con la historia. Muchas gracias. 

Adjunto una imagen de la parte del juego en la que no puedo avanzar.
