This is a Joke?

I can't log into my SWTOR account, and always log in with the same credentials. I haven't logged in for a few months and it won't let me, it says I'm entering the wrong name, password or security key, it's a lie, I've checked it and I'm not entering anything wrong. The worst of all is that I'm trying to get help, and this month I haven't paid a subscription because I haven't played, and they tell me that they won't help me because I'm not a subscriber? Also is there only assistance in English, French and German? What the hell is going on with Spanish? It is the second most spoken * language per inhabitant. Disgust with assistance, disgust with service.
