Progression bug align arrays koboh

Progression bug in “Align Arrays” mission on Koboh  matrix door won’t open Hello everyone. I am experiencing a serious bug in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor during the “Align Arrays” mission on Koboh. The matrix door does not open, preventing me from progressing in the story. I have already tried traveling to other planets, using meditation points, restarting the game multiple times, and switching consoles from Xbox One to Xbox Series X. Unfortunately, I only have one save file with about 34 hours of gameplay and cannot go back to an earlier point. I have submitted support tickets to EA but have not received any solution yet. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there any way to fix this bug? I appreciate any help or advice!
