Same problem for 2 days. This is not being treated because the problem is with Ea's servers. Instead of solving it, they recommend doing pointless things. It seems to me that this is happening due to server overload. The first confirmation of this is that only Germany is not connected to me (most likely this server is overloaded), while connected to the USA. Secondly, it's the peak of online gaming, so it seems to me that it won't be possible to play in the near future
