New player looking for active guild that will help me grow

I am fairly new to the game, but I recently bought the hyperdrive bundle. Are there any guilds or alliances that would accept a player that is where I'm at? I am active everyday aside from the next few to hoard energy. I just want to find a good group of people that don't mind on taking a newer person that is willing to learn.
