I am experiencing the Pascal alien birth glitchy cutscene issue as well, in addition, when using the "forcetwins" cheat, the cutscene still does not work, and one baby disappears entirely after the birth, and there is no option that pops up to name the babies and they are stuck with the default "Baby Boy" or "Baby Girl" name. I have tried multiple times and experiencing the same exact issue each time. I have tried restarting the game a couple of times as well. I definitely think it's a bug.
