Bought the sims 2+ 2 packs from the ea app now i can't open it

I bought the game when they first dropped. I took a break and came back to it and it said update to play. So i did, and now it gives me a pop up that says i don't own the game or i need to restart the ea app. I've done that multiple times and it still doesn't work. It is downloaded on my computer but it doesn't show up in my ea game library. Is anyone else having this problem??? I've been looking all over the internet and i can't find anything that matches my issue that is up to date. Please help!!!
