custom skin window wont close no matter if i click the okay button or the X button i have to exit the cas or reopen the sims

I will temporarily mark this reply as a solution for visibility. EA is aware of this issue and it happens in 100% of cases. Right now it is not possible to use custom or debug skintones. If you wish to do so, using default replacements for the 4 Maxis skintones is still possible.

This is happening to me as well.
I have some piece of information that maybe will help Maxis fix the issue. A renowned modder Lazy Duchess said that the issue is there because "they mistakenly hooked up the Confirm/Cancel buttons to Change Pages instead" quote unquote. Maybe this is something worth looking into?
