Did You Mind The Mild Autonomous Violence in TS2?

For purposes to gather if TS2, TS1, or TS3 had too much violence (all rated Teen/ mild violence) information, would you say the mild autonomous violence in the games especially TS2 was too much, just ...

I don't remember that being a thing in TS2, or even available between adult and child, what was available before to the best of my memory is children can shove each other but only after bothering each other by command.
