Good custom hood templates?

I’d like to try using some custom hood templates, ie not just the ones from Maxis. Ideally I’d like some with space for beach lots. Seems like there are loads on Mod the Sims so I don’t know where to ...

The .sc4 files and the pictures files go in Documents\EA Games\The Sims™ 2 Ultimate Collection (or whichever Sims 2 you're using)\SC4Terrains folder.
