Sorry. The game was released in 2004. When it was released we couldn't even see the neighborhood. I don't believe you can see "Built" houses better then what it has.
What you can look for are neighborhood object houses which would look better. There are some out there which are not houses but objects and they look nice from within the lot.
I don't use them so I don't have any links but I've seen some pictures... I think. :)
