Just got the bundle of Sims 1 & 2 and can't launch the game.

How did you get the bundles?

On the Epic Games app.

Is the game failing to launch the EA app? Can you tell me if this happens if you attempt to launch the Legacy Collection from Epic while the EA app is also running? 

Yes, it doesn’t work even with Epic. The EA app was also open when I tried.

It also does not show as installed on the Epic Games app. I tried uninstalling form the control panel and reinstalling and the same problem.

Thank you so much! It would also be helpful to know if you started the installation from Epic or on the EA app, did you install the game in the default directory or did you change where it was installed?

Finally, could you get us an EA app error report after you click on Play on EA app & run into the error?

I have the same issue on epic but it allowed me to launch the games straight from epic i played minutes of it when i contacted epic for a refund but because the bundle had sims 4 stuff attached to it, it did not show the correct playtime for sims 1 and 2 instead it showed the sims 4 playtime which was over 2 hours so i couldn't get a refund so if i want to get it again on steam i have to spend more money which is annoying and i don't know if i will.
