Thanks for the tip! I did send my couple on vacation while waiting for a response. I saw my Sim could propose marriage so they did at a bonfire. Very romantic! They tried for a baby and I believe we have a new family member coming!

I believe the pregnancy progress starts as soon as your sims get home.
