Misbehaving EA app.

My EA app is set in the app settings to NOT launch on startup -but it does. I checked and it is not set as a startup app in my Windows settings, either.  It also maximizes itself whenever I quit my Sims 2 Legacy game. This is beyond annoying; it's why I will be acquiring a cracked exe for the game as soon as I can find a safe, secure one that bypasses the EA launcher. Making the game experience worse doesn't sell more games.
