My game appears uninstalled

Yup same for me, opened EA App and it was uninstalled, didnt try launching though cuz I was thoroughly upset since it deletes the documents folder as well with EVERYTHING i had in it.

I've got the exact same issue, kind of relieved to hear someone else has the same cause at least that means it's not just my computer... Why are there SO many issues with this re-release??

Having the exact same issue. Reached out to EA-support to try and fix it, but they couldn't find a solution and suggested I go here for help instead. Glad to see I'm not the only one having this issue!

Yeah, I´m glad it is not just my PC too. I don´t know why. There was times, when no one would dare to sell something that doesn´t run smoothly. I guess those times are gone.

I still have the folders in my documents. Just don´t have the game.

Hi, same here. I even uninstalled the game, thinking it would solve the problem, but nope...  and now, when I want to install it, there is nothing to instal. So, I am pretty upset about this. It's gonna take years before EA will fix this, per usual. 

you know i was looking under electronic arts where sims 4 is and not EA games where sims 2 so that's completely my idiocy

I have the same problem too, i thought i was the only one
