My roommate has taken up secret night-time drinking

She runs downstairs in the middle of the night and makes, and drinks, endless bar drinks, then sneaks off up to bed before my sim wakes up.
Is this normal?
I am completely amazed how much stuff I haven't remembered from playing this before :)
