No Bodyshop In Legacy Collection Sims 2

I was extremely disappointed when I realized the Sims 2 Bodyshop was not included in the Sims 2 Legacy Collection. Customization, content creation and creativity are what The Sims Franchise is made of and built upon, so why would they intentionally leave out a crucial tool that allows us to create custom content for the Sims 2, create more detailed sims, and package those sims in order to save them to a file for backup?
As a former Sims 2 CC Creator this omission feels to me like a core part of the game features (and not to mention *nostalgia*) are missing from what should be an as close as possible re-release of the Sims 2. IKEA Stuff was missing due to a lapse in licensing. Why is Bodyshop missing?
