No Bodyshop In Legacy Collection Sims 2

So unless I'm extremely blind there is no CSBin folder anywhere in the file folders which would contain the exe for Bodyshop.  I'm hoping this was an oversight that can be rectified because Bodyshop ...

They seriously need to get it together and add it back in IMMEDIATELY, I don't even understand why they didn't include it in the first place.
