Paint Portrait missing a portrait

I recall a patch note that had fixed the issue with the portrait capture window (my paintings were off-center from the character in the portrait).   In this most recent patch, the character is entirely missing in the portrait painting although the background is correct.

Possibly related?  I had also moved houses and placed the photo-booth pictures in inventory.  When placing them in the new house, the picture was replaced with a "blue screen"
