As @Urock7 noted above, this issue should now be resolved.
Thank you for your patience while this was investigated and worked on behind the scenes! Greaaaat!!!!
Now I can breathe calmly. Sure this was a huge relief 😮💨
The icon changed but the game still isn't working so no euphoria for me. I'm still sad because I want to play the Sims 2. I've uninstalled, downloaded again and still nothing!
