I wonder if it will be the same for a Home Business🤔
Home businesses seem to be fine at least for me (just not as fun ...). Once you get a community lot for your Sim's business that's when the trouble starts. When on the community lot everything is fine but when you return home the lag starts.
Others have experienced that as well and haven't found a solution (moving the family out or selling the lot doesn't work). Also check out this thread: Sims 2 Legacy on and off Lag | EA Forums - 11867378 (I hope it's okay that I linked that here ...)
Thank you. Will definitely try out a Home Business. Hopefully EA fixes the issue. Open for Business is by far my favorite.
It's my favorite DLC, too. I was soo disappointed when the bug happened and no one seemed to notice it. Hopefully now EA has more reason to work on this bug again. There are a couple more minor ones for Open for Business but they're not as "game-breaking" as this one.
