Should i Buy sims 2?
I played Sims 4 and Sims 3 i have heard a lot of Good things about sims 2 should i buy it?

With that in mind, i would like to ask a question of my own:
Are there any disadvantages or side effects of playing on a lot with 1 family, then moving them out and moving in a 2nd family to the same lot?
For example, has time of year passed? Will Humble come back with a new gift?
Basically, I want to depreciate the value of the lot and also purposely break some furniture to make it seem like a run down lot for renovation, using a random sim to do all this and then move him out.
