Sims 2 bug with pets

Pets can't be trained to not pee in the house, they walk round in distress for ages and eventually always pee inside.

They also can't learn the skill of not destroying furniture or being dirty.

    Hi all,

    This was resolved in today's patch:

    • Pets can not be scolded or encouraged (e.g. to train a dog not to urinate indoors, or to discourage cats from sitting on counters)

    Can confirm there’s a bug with learning behaviours, when scolding, it appears it works for me, but I’ve tried praising a pet for peeing outside, which has resulted in a full green bar, but nothing shows up in the behaviours panel for pets.

    Two of my households have a dog and they always pee inside despite being trained not to. The green bar is full yet I have checked on one of the dogs and I don't see they were trained in the learned behaviours tab. The one household I just download a cc doggy training pad so it will use that instead when inside.
