Sims 2 CC

Hi, I've recently started playing the sims 2 again! I've downloaded custom content but not all of it is showing up in the game. My CC Sims are and lots but nothing in the buy or build mode. I've got the right expansion packs, meshes, everything is in the correct folder etc, I also enable CC upon start up. It's showing up as CC on the start menu but its not there when I go to buy. Can anyone help please?? I've got windows 11. Thanks
