sims 2 legacy vacation endless loading

Sims 2 Legacy Edition: My couple of Sims were in the tropical island vacation area. They took a taxi back to their bungalow and never arrived as it was an endless loading screen. I did ctrl alt delet...

I had the same problem and suddenly my family is gone. It‘s like they never existed 😢
