Sims 2 Windows 10 app blocked by administrator, autorun.exe

A new Windows update even refused me playing Sims 4. I found out why by clicking the Notifications at the extreme left of the Taskbar. It gave me the option to sanction Sims 4 through the firewall. Perhaps it did that to those having difficulty.
If having problems with Windows 10, check System, Home, enter firewall in search box and that will give you an option in the list of App permissions and 'Allow through firewall' if you are using Windows Defender.
