Bit of a weird one! But check your bank account to see if the funds have been taken? Apparently on my account the order is still showing as processing and the funds haven’t been taken from my bank yet which I think is why the issue is happening?
I doubt this. It's a problem with the files.

Because the files on your computer have nothing to do with whether your payment has been processed or not.
If the issue was with payment, the error wouldn't be about corruption.

I was just re-iterating what the EA agent told me, Barclays had a massive outage the last few days that were affecting payments being made so there was a possibility that the whole files weren’t downloaded due to the transaction not being complete. Payment had gone through now so, yes I’m still getting the issue so it’s an EA issue on their side
