Still crashing
After the direct3d error fixed it is now presenting a "the game has crashed" error.

I'm having the same issue. I just received the update and have not been able up load a Sim since.
My computer crashes while trying to load the game. The update has not changed anything. How do we get EA help?
same issue- directX error now this one. i have a NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060 laptop GPU
