The Sims 2 Legacy Crashes

Question

The Sims 2 legacy keeps crashing when i try to make a new family or when i go into a preexisting family in the bin and i just brought my game today, TheSimsDirect please fix this problem i have tried everything to make my game work and it is not working at all. Will there be another patch to fix this issue i don't want this to keep happening very time i try to play my game, i know you just released a patch on 02/06/2025 but this issue is STILL not fixed and i was wondering when will this problem be fixed so that me and many other simmers can play The Sims 2 that we paid for.

I am also having this issue as of 2/8/2025. If this is going to continue being an issue, I want my money back as I paid to be able to play this game and cannot even play.

Spent over an hour decorating a house i built,&nbsp; hit save repeatedly&nbsp; after every room was complete. When i was almost finished the game crashed and nothing had actually saved besides the exterior build.&nbsp; So over this.&nbsp; I want a refund. I cant even play.&nbsp;

Mine also crashes every time I select a family.&nbsp; I haven't been able to actually play the game at all.

I was able to play before the updates. Now I can't load a family and the game crashed.&nbsp;
