TS2 UC Broken? Help?
https://twitter.com/SpoopyReaper/status/1238883073476964352 Is broken? What happened? Tried clean reinstall, tried repair with origin, no mods here. I'm at a loss. Suggestions?

Have you tried going into the neighborhood?
You can try and replace them with the game files -
(Copy F001 from C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Free Time\TSData\Res\UserData)
and replace the one in Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection/Neighborhoods
Each can be found in their expansion folder. See if that will make them work.
