Regarding the Sims memories being short. I kinda disagree. I had a couple of college students who for whatever reason hated one another. One male one female. Eventually they started fighting when they saw one another. After college one evening She went to a nightclub with a date who proposed. Her enemy showed up and started arguing with her.
These behaviors continued for a long time. The guy showed up at her house and kick over the trash can and steal the paper.
I’d say that’s a pretty long memory.
