Wooded Bliss, Aug 25, 2025
This modern ranch style home is made of siding and stonework and was built near the water's edge amongst the pines at 77 Subalpine Blvd in Hidden Springs (my favorite world!!). Features a 1-car garage and spacious entry that also functions as a mudroom. It leads into the kitchen area which is open to the dining room and great room. The great room features a cozy fireplace for those cold, crisp nights. A large primary bedroom with an en-suite bath and a powder room are also on the main floor. Downstairs is a full basement that contains a workout space, a game room, an art studio, a laundry room and another half bath. In the secluded backyard amongst the trees is a rustic pool, a porch with a BBQ and a firepit. As always all plumbing and electronics have been upgraded.
Wooded Bliss is a lovely modern ranch style home! 🙂The exterior design is very nice and lovely landscaping. The pool patio design is great! Very lovely furnishing of the interior. The black, brown and white colours give a nice feel and look to the home. Very nice fireplace sitting and watching tv area. The basement games, gym and art studio areas are very nice.

Stunning build Sandraelle ! Nice contrasting exterior colour scheme set off with the brick and that landscaped pool area would certainly be my fav place to hangout and enjoy the surroundings. Love the realistic details of the mud room entrance and the full window wall in the dining area opening to the patio. Classy decor throughout and special touches to bring nature inside with the wallpaper and cool rock table legs. Creative sims will surely appreciate the fun art room. A lovely home for our sims. soocoolsim , Thank you so much for your detailed review and nice comments. 😁That was one of my favorite things too was having all those windows that look out to the porch and pool area. I rarely use that tree wallpaper, but thought it was appropriate for this build. The art room was the last room I decorated and I didn't know what to put in it so went with an art room. I suppose someone could always remove all that and make it another bedroom if desired. Thanks again! 😃

Love the modern look, the exterior colour and pattern choice, the rustic pool area (it would be great to hang out there for real and enjoy the view of woods and hills!!!) and of course your impeccable taste of interior decoration. I would make sims take their shoes off before entering the gorgeous mudroom 😉and the spacious lounge with fireplace is just gorgeous.
