tckol, I believe Dlldrms added the same one I did which is the picnic lot - it might be Hidden Springs one, not sure, but it is a 40 x 50 lot and it fits perfectly on the corner of Elm St just up past the waterfall pond.
I just love that one there. The waterfall pond draws a lot of sims, and then they just seem to migrate onto the festival ground a lot better than they went to the festival ground when it was in the middle of town. At least that was my experience with it. The Legacy park that one simmer made into a festival ground is also nice, but I found if there is a show going on, no one pays any attention to the festival.
