Well, the easiest is to have the land as low as you want it, place the pieces to make it like Lucky Palms- and then use the Mask (terrain tools) to paint the area you don't want to lower (inside the pieces). Then you can use the Valley tool to lower the land around it. It might take a few times to get it just right but I think I could have done it faster that way. :lol:
