I wouldn't say it's a Beach paradise- the beach part is much smaller then I planned- and then it was too far done to redo. :lol:

There may be part of the beach which can be made secluded- I'd have to see your lot and then can edit it for you (once the world it done). Right now it will have an Exclusive club for weddings.
It wouldn't require a gift, though.

This is still far from done. I still have lots to build and testing to do. I always miss important things that the wonderful testers find. :D

So I had said that my mansion is a large white modern structure, at it's highest 4 floors but with big semi-circular rooms. It's a beast of a mansion, you can see it from the high rises in BP where the "Buena Vista Resort" was it's that big. I could send a picture of it to you but it's part of a special project I'm doing that I want to share with the community when it's done (not the build, but the household as well :) ) But alas my BP save is dying and I want a world that has everything it needs for the ultimate experience so I would love a beach lot for it where the ocean would be footsteps away. The mansion is built for beautiful views of the lakes around that lot (or ocean when and if I move it to another a world). Ideally, I'd like to be somewhat isolated/secluded similar to how the lot is in BP where the Buena Vista resort/waterfall is. (not that I need a waterfall, lol) I settled for the waterfall swimmable lakes over the ocean since I really wanted my sim to be secluded/isolated but now I'd take prime beach over a far away secluded lot.

Could you provide a screenshot of the area your referring? Your world is literally a dream come true, just what I was "dreaming" of is what your building. This is my favorite legacy family - it's a remake from Sims 1 superstar and I miss playing it. Once I moved her into the mansion, my BP save started crawling :(
