:D I love your festival lot, as for the balloon, I finally just put a fence around the one I had in a festival lot, so no one could use it. I just used it for decor. It kept ending up on the beach. I don't remember what happened when the seasons changed, I may have already put the fence around it. I love what you've done with this world, so pretty.
