Maybe it is Virginia Beach or even Savannah Beach, Georgia - I know it snows in Virginia Beach and I do recall at least a couple times when I was a youngster it snowing in Savannah. My mom even has pictures in one of her albums with me, my friends, and my baby brother trying to build a snowman. My brother could barely walk so I guessing I would have been about 7 and they even have palm trees and tropical plants everywhere. I heard lots of the old folks say that wasn't the first time and didn't suspect it'd be the last. Even parts of northern Florida saw some of that snow - so it is always possible.
