I have had a few sims get stuck, and the wharf housing has pathing issues (not new, I believe this happens in Lucky Palms too.) I found during fall/winter the 9 amish and again at 12 and 3-4 am pauses tends to get a little long at times. Could be the stuck sims causing the issue. I did patch so that might be the problem. If you look at my uploaded pics you will see a couple of examples. There was a guy stuck in his dishwasher, and a horse stuck halfway through the male bathroom wall on the festival lot. Normal sim shenanigans.
I have yet to successfully host a sim though. That you may need to look into.
Other things I have noticed but not necessarily your fault but more an eaxian issue. Wharf house snow still shows wharf timber texture, I have pics of that too. Putting up holiday lights took me at least 10-15 min rl time to load up. I found though since the patch my game has been sluggish though. With and without store items.
All in all. I am absolutely loving this world. My testing sim has the angler trait and has really been making use of the wharf living and fishing himself almost to death. (due to freezing) I can't wait to play some more as I know I have only scratched the surface of it all.
