I am finished for now. I have to do some recoloring and playtesting. I combined a federal building and a Victorian. The Victorians were rare and the federal much more common; so it's mostly federal style and symmetrical, but not so brick and square. I put lots of sculptures outside so the kleptos would have something to steal. The art gallery is on the second floor and the main floor has four main separate rooms and four half baths and two potty rooms in the childrens' area. The second floor has separate bathrooms for males and females as well as two all-in-ones in case the sculptor catches on fire. I included the stylists' and architects' research station as well as a couple easels.
