This charming two-story 2 bedroom/1-½ bath home is located at the end of a quiet street and overlooks the ocean. It features a primary bedroom, a guest bedroom, a bonus room furnished as an art studio (but can easily be converted to a bedroom), a usable window seat at the top of the stair landing, a laundry room, a pool, a convenient outdoor shower (for when your sim takes a dip in the ocean), a patio deck with outdoor dining and BBQ, a garden area, and a detached one-car garage. Everything is upgraded. Enjoy those views!!!
