The option is probably there in my game, but it gives me a chance to see how the lot plays while the simmer is upgrading things. I put static needs on so that the handy sim didn't need to stop upgrading for personal needs. I actually used a couple for the library. The non-handy sim did clog a toilet, but mostly everything went really quickly. The non-handy sim was artistic and made paintings and a sculpture while the handy sim read a couple handiness books to get to unbreakable status. My building and no playing can get old for me. This is my way of letting things depreciate naturally and changing up things that I wasn't 100% sold on to begin with. For instance, I ended up adding one more easel and another sculpting station and painting a ceiling and adding more dirt around things.
Hi @ciane. That's a great idea to be able to test the lot out while doing the upgrading. Before I found out about the upgrade option, I always used a handy sim to upgrade everything, lol.
