Here's the rest of my claim... the Houseboat to go with Port Narwal, and the Coastguard crew to go with the houseboat :smiley:

INSTALLATION NOTES:
1) After placing Port Narwal Coastguard Base in the world, change the lot type to "Port"
2) Go into Build/Buy. Select a personal water craft then use Esc for it to automatically drop into place (if in air). Repeat for the other water craft.
3) Exit lot, click on Port Narwal again, and choose "Set a Houseboat", "Curved Wide".
4) Place the Cape Albacore Coastguard Cutter houseboat.
