Maybe I'm missing something here, but I can't figure out where to place the cutter houseboat. There are no docks anywhere near the coastguard base. The only location available when I click place is the lot on Makarel Island but that just runs the houseboat aground. Can you walk me through placing the houseboat? I've not worked with docks and houseboats before.
@texansky , when we place a Port in game, the lot designation changes so the key is to switch it back to a Port then you can automatically assign a dock for a houseboat. Just follow the installation instructions below and you should be all good. Do circle back if you still need help :smile:
INSTALLATION NOTES:1) After placing
Port Narwal Coastguard Base in the world, change the lot type to "Port"
2) Go into Build/Buy. Select a personal water craft IF hanging in the air, then use Esc for it to automatically drop into place. Repeat for the other water craft.
3) Exit lot, click on Port Narwal again, and choose "Set a Houseboat", "Curved Wide".
4) Place the
Cape Albacore Coastguard Cutter houseboat on the new dock lot that appears.
