Thanks! I based it on the main shopping area in a nearby town - repurposed, renovated older buildings. I tried not to add TOO much detail as people often complain about Simmer builds being too laggy. I hope it's not too plain. (So weird that the insides look empty when you take pics)
@Charlottekn , I too like the names you chose for your spaces in your description. It’s cool you were inspired by your area. My fav section is the tattoo parlour with the dark patterned walls. ?
I hear you re trying to determine how much detail to add, especially in a large community lot. Sometimes little things can help fill the space and enhance ambiance like adding a few well placed large plants, moving furniture groupings away from the walls and adding flooring details (eg ‘fake’ carpets using the ceiling tiles). But the great thing about the game is folks can choose to add as much decor as they want in their version. ?
