@Hidehi - Since I'm playing a no store version, I'll have to add a theater to my lot. (It took me a bit to figure out which building I was missing!) So, other than the tweaks I need to do, it looks great. I never even thought of backing buildings up against each other than those resort buildings! That was probably your intent for my combo library/art gallery! Anyway, Awesome build!
