Woot, finally got this biggie completed. Downloaders will notice my lot size is 60x60 while 17 Oyster Ave is 64x64. Reason being I had started this build a while ago based on a floor plan, and Cape Albacore was the push for me to get it done. I find 60x60 provides more flexibility with placing in other worlds as well so didn't want to upsize. Long story short... when placing in Cape Albacore, please rotate the lot clockwise once, then click on 'Move to back center edge" so the lot lines up with the street.
