Hi @IdahoGal65 , As @ciane already mentioned the issues with the two Barracuda lots, what about putting it on a slightly bigger lot, like a 40x40 and just modifying it a bit by adding in more landscaping so it fills in the extra space you'll have? Just an option for you. :)
